How to Enter the Venue
At the 47th Amateur Radio Festival “Ham Fair 2025”, we have introduced a new entry method using QR codes from advance-purchased tickets, replacing the previous system.
Advance tickets with JARL member discounts are available — we strongly encourage their use to ensure smooth entry.
This page is a translation of the Japanese version. Please note that overseas visitors may not be able to access the advance ticket purchase site from outside Japan. Therefore, we recommend Option C: On-site cash payment for international guests.
A. Entry with Advance Ticket
Advance tickets with QR codes are highly recommended.
(1) You can show the QR code in any format: printed or on your smartphone.
(2) At the entrance gate, your QR code will be scanned and you’ll receive a wristband.
※ If a queue has formed before opening time, staff may come around to scan your QR code in advance and issue your wristband to reduce wait time.
(3) Wear the wristband and show it at the gate to enter.
If you plan to attend on the second day, you’ll need either the QR code or the wristband. Please also refer to the FAQ: How do I enter on Day 2?
B. Entry for Visitors Under 22
(1) Prepare a valid ID and go to the entrance gate.
(2) Show your ID at the gate and receive a wristband.
(3) Wear the wristband and proceed to enter the venue.
For entry on the second day, please bring either your ID or the wristband. Refer to the FAQ: How do I enter on Day 2?
C. Entry with On-site Cash Payment
This method is not recommended due to longer wait times.
(1) Line up at the ticket counter outside the venue.
(2) Pay the admission fee in cash and receive a wristband.
(3) Wear the wristband and head to the entrance gate.
(4) Show the wristband to staff at the gate to enter.
※ For visitors with disabilities, if a companion also needs a wristband, please ask at the ticket counter.

D. Admission for Guests with a Physical Disability Certificate
Admission procedures vary depending on whether you are a JARL member or a general visitor, as well as on whether an accompanying person is present. Therefore, we have a dedicated section in our [FAQ Ⓔ: For Guests with Physical Disabilities], which provides full details including parking and entrance procedures. Please review that section first.
DA: For JARL Members (Using a QR Code Ticket)
If you are a JARL member and can purchase a ticket in advance using the QR code system, you may bring one accompanying person free of charge by presenting your physical disability certificate at the venue.
(1)Purchase a QR code ticket at the member price and bring it with you on the day of the event.
(2)At the cash ticket counter, present your disability certificate to receive a free wristband for your accompanying person.
(3)Proceed to the entrance gate and enter using your QR code ticket.
DB: For Non-Members (General Admission)
For non-members, same-day ticket purchase is required. Our staff will assist you on-site.
(1)Go directly to the cash ticket counter and present your physical disability certificate to receive a discounted admission wristband.
(2)You will also receive a free wristband for one accompanying person.
(3)Proceed to the entrance gate with your wristbands for admission.

E. How to Enter with a Paper Ticket
This is an award given to winners of contests and other prizes.
Not for sale
(1) Hand your paper ticket to the staff at the entrance gate and receive the ticket stub.
(2) Receive a wristband and enter the venue.
A wristband is required for entry on the second day. Refer to the FAQ: How do I enter on Day 2?
*Entry for exhibitors is via a separate gate using an Exhibitor Pass.*
